So you're all prepared and excited to get underway.
Life always will have speed bumps. But some roads seem to have more than their share.
You start along on your journey. You carefully plan your route, you study the road maps available to you at the time, calculate how much time it will take for you to get there, building in extra time for unforeseen delays and detours, pack some food and water since it will probably be a long journey, take along an umbrella and warm coat just in case, and most of your life's savings for the toll booths that undoubtedly lie ahead.
Down the road you go and there it lies before you - the hill from hell! A few speed bumps ok, but every step of the way as far as the eye can see?? Unexpected this was.
Yes, you're grateful that you at least have a vehicle in fairly decent condition to drive in. Others might not be so fortunate. Yes, you're grateful that at least it's not snowing, sleeting, raining or "tornadoeing." But, nevertheless, here you are going bumpity, bumpity, bumpity down the road, being thrashed and jostled up and down and from side to side. Speeding up could be fatal to your vehicle but slowing down doesn't seem to make it any easier either.
So you plod along, cursing the fact that you brought water instead of champagne and food instead of chocolate. (I know, chocolate IS food!)
And then, you see in the distance that the speed bumps end and the road levels out and begins to curve gently. Oh joyous of days!!! An end is in sight, you made it! Jumbled and pretty car sick, but, what the heck - you're still in mostly one piece.
As you leave speed-bump-hell you round the curve and there it is - your next road sign!!!

Now is the time to pray that you are not caught in a time loop!
Look at it this way, at least you'll be going down the hill this time
and can save on some gas!
